The Factory Order Process
Below are a few things to take in when ordering a trailer

 

To start your trailer build, a deposit is required. This amount is nonrefundable and goes toward the purchase price of your trailer. All delivery and completion dates are estimates given to us by the manufacturer. If your unit is going to be delayed for any reason. We will let you know. Sometimes a date is missed by a few days and this is not a reason for cancelation of a trailer.

Delivery to anywhere in the United States can be provided for as low as $1.80 -$2.50 per loaded mile. Our Factory location is in Douglas, GA. 31533 zip code. We can also ship to our stores which can be more cost effective. Please check with your sales rep for an exact delivery charge. If you're having the trailer delivered, it must be paid in full prior to leaving our lot. 

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Certified Checks, or Cash for Deposits only.  Certified Checks or Cash or Bank Wires must be used for the remaining Balance. Business and Personal Checks are accepted, but they must clear the bank before the trailer may be picked-up or delivered. Any amount over the deposit amount that is applied to a credit card will have a 3% service charge applied. The deposit will be exempt from this charge.  If you are a Georgia resident, applicable sales tax will be added to your order.  Out of state residents will not pay us sales tax. You will pay the sales tax in your state when you register your trailer.  A drive out tag will be placed on the trailer, allowing you to get back to your home and get your permanent tag.
